110KV Oil Immersed Power Transformer
110KV power transformer uses high-quality silicon steel core and laminated by steps. It is advantageous in low loss; low noise, low voltage partial discharge and high anti short-circuit capacity. Now it is widely used in power station, power plant, and gets high praise from them. In 1997, SFSZ9-31500/110 on-load voltage-regulated transformer has passed the test by ministry of mechanical industry.
Main functions and characters:
1. Bell type tank and the wave form shell; Increase the strength of oil box, beautiful appearance;
2. Core is with D shape yoke, 45 angle seaming;
3. Core and oil box are well fixed and well protected on moving;
4. Reasonable Winding design in the use of interior and exterior supporting structure of coil; hard paper bucket between coils increases the capacity of anti-shortcut;
5. Advanced assembling method such as cold pressing and welding technology, install coil sets of group process technology, hard paper bucket processing technology.
